WebReserv has been providing businesses with an Availability Calendar that can be integrated directly into a businesses own website for many years.
The Availability Calendar has always focused on having a Calendar View, showing whether the product is booked or available for a three-month period.
A new list view has now been added to component including a search feature for availability searching across multiple products.

“We looked at what was the industry standard, and decided an a two step approach”, continues Mr. Israelsen, “We decided to included the list object with the search features in a single component, so that even before the user enters their search dates, they would be able to see the products that can be searched. We decided on this approach as some users are return users to a business, and may want to distinctly search for the same product, such as a room, they were in on their previous visit.”
The WebReserv system, unlike many booking applications out on the market, can not only be used for daily rentals such as accommodation, housing, rooms and so-forth, but also for hourly, point-to-point and nearly any other product that can be booked online.
The new search feature works with daily rentals, and the feature is expected to be extended into the other rental types within the next 12 months.
“Our main goal was to release this new feature to the accommodation industry as fast as possible as this segment stands for over half the business types that use us, such as room rentals, car rentals and RV rentals, basically anything that is rented by the day”, concludes Mr. Israelsen.
WebReserv was founded in 2004 in response to a growing demand for a professional online booking system that included a very comprehensive back-office system to handle all aspects of daily processes for small businesses.
Unlike many of their competitors, WebReserv.eu charges a simple annual fee for the system and do not charge any commission on bookings.
