WORKAMAJIG 10.5
As you know, Workamajig 10.5 has been released and it's packed full of amazing enhancements focusing on CRM, Project Communications and Resource Management. In
addition, our Workamajig engineers have enhanced the speed of Workamajig and reduced the memory footprint of the most commonly used areas of the system. Some
additional highlights of version 10.5 include:
* Workamajig Mobile, which allows users to access the most requested Workamajig features through a smart phone. For example, you can now use your phone's
browser to access your tasks, calendar, timesheets and even art reviews.
* Support for SyncML, CalDAV and Exchange Server, making it easy to integrate your contacts and calendars with Workamajig.

WORKOLOGY CONFERENCE IS A GO!
Workamajig is thrilled to announce that Workology Conference, our second Workamajig Users Conference, is taking place April 11-14, 2010 at the exquisite Hotel del
Coronado Resort in San Diego, California.
This year's conference promises to be even bigger than our last! >From breakout Workamajig training sessions to leading industry speakers, each day of our Workology
Conference is filled with specific industry topics including client relationship management, project collaboration and financial management. Each session will provide
information on how to incorporate everything you have learned into the Workamajig "Way." Did I mention there is also a cruise and beachside bonfire scheduled for this year,
too?
Starting September 19, you will be able to register for the 2010 Workology Conference. You can take advantage of our early-bird registration if you register before November
30. All attendees of last year's conference will receive an additional discount on this year's registration!

Clairvoyant Searching
Workamajig users love the clairvoyant search capabilities that have been integrated to Workamajig 10.5. Most look-up fields have been replaced with this capability making
data entry much faster. For example, when adding a new project, users only have to start typing the name or ID of a client into the "client" field to find the match they want.
My Task List on Steroids
Most Workamajig users want a simple list of things they are tasked to work on, a quick way to get to project information they need for those tasks and an easy way to
update time and status for them-which is why they love having the My Task widget on their desktop. Not only is the My Task widget a fast way to update time, but the new
10.5 version includes quick links to specific areas of the project, making it easy to add notes, view the creative brief, share files and send items for review.

One agency shares their thoughts on Workamajig's Version 10.5 Update.
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania based ThoughtForm, Inc. was one of the first Workamajig users to test drive our newest CRM updates included in the Version 10.5 System
Update, before it was released to all users last month.
Lynnette Kelley, operations manager for ThoughtForm, Inc., recently shared some of her thoughts regarding her firm's experience with the latest updates and how they are
implementing them:
Marketing Groups Tab - "Before the upgrade, we had created custom fields that allowed us to track who was on our various mailing lists for newsletters, holiday cards, etc.
Now, Marketing Groups is much more convenient with the built-in ability to track the mailings. With the new feature that allows you to update information on multiple
contacts at once, adding contacts to the Marketing Groups is very simple and quick."
Email Marketing Tab - "We are very excited about the idea of being able to add Activities to each of our contacts that received a mailing, indicating whether the contact
opened the email or clicked on a link. We are planning to use reports to help us stay in touch with the contacts that showed interest in our mailings, which will hopefully
generate more business."
Calendar Updates - "The calendar in Workamajig has become much more user-friendly. We never used the calendar in Workamajig before, but now that the iCal connection
is even better, we use the calendar much more. For instance, I like that I can now make a change to an event in iCal that will push to the Workamajig calendar. For our
Business Development group that use iPhones, having their Activities show up in iCal, which can then sync to the iPhone, really makes it easy for them to stay on top of
