Not only did Steve mark his house plans down, but he marked them down to zero! He only charges a small processing fee of $19.95 to personalize the plans just for you.
Steve said, "These are fully documented house plans ready for construction. The same plans you find elsewhere for $650.00 and more".
There are more than 500 plans available, many with daylight basements on his web site. He has provided a very simple search form, and you will find that navigating his site is straight forward and as simple as any I have ever seen.
If you find a plan you like, but only need it to be a daylight basement house plan, then you can request that on check out for a small fee. Again, most of the plans are drawn as daylight basement house plans.
You can login if you like, save plans to your favorites, send plans to yourself and friends and much more.
Steve also provides a community social network for anyone with home design or house plan related questions.
There is also something else that you will find that it great about their house plans, you are allowed to gather all the ideas you like from these plans without any worry or fear of copyright infringement. Steve has realized long before most designers will admit that the web is full of ideas for everyone to gather.
