What Two Guys Are Doing To Overcome The Economy
He went back to school twice, became the first person over four generations in his family to receive a Bachelor’s Degree, landed a job in a West Los Angeles Advertising Agency, only to have the agency announce that in order for the studio to remain open, the entire account had to be shipped overseas, and all of the artists let go.
Meanwhile, the other guy (his cousin), residing in the North West, is also feeling the unforgiving effects of the economic slowdown. Losing his Washington-based home, and unable to find work, he began working with some friends on a CD project. For the release party, his wife, aware of the situation of both guys, surprised her husband by flying his cousin out to attend the CD Release.
When these two cousins came together - Synergy begin to happen!
One was a designer, and one had experience in printing apparel. So they scrapped up about $1200 ($500 of which was donated), and stepped out on a prayer to launch a New Clothing Label with a national message and appeal.
