New Disney movie "Earth" has the new copy-protection. To avoid out of sequence in scenes, Ideal DVD Software suggests you updated Ideal DVD Copy 3.2.1 again to copy this DVD correctly. You may download the updated version from http://www.idealdvdcopy.com to try.
At present they fixed two editions of Earth from region 1. If your movie is another edition or still can't be copied correctly with the updated version, please send all .bup files of the troubled DVD to Ideal DVD Software support team. You may insert the original DVD into your drive and click the icon on the left top of the window of Ideal DVD Copy, then click "Export bup files" to export a .buz file and email the exported file to them. They will give you a solution very quickly.
