Not only did Steve mark his house plans down, but he marked them down to zero! He only charges a small processing fee of $19.95 to personalize the plans just for you.
Steve said, "These are fully documented house plans ready for construction. Is that great or what? The same plans you would find elsewhere for $650.00 and more".
There are more than 500 plans available on his web site. He has provided a very simple search form, and you will find that navigating his site is straight forward and as simple as any I have ever seen.
You can login if you like, save plans to your favorites, send plans to yourself and friends and much more.
Steve also provides a community social network for anyone with home design or house plan related questions - Is that great or what?
There is also something else that is very important to point out, you are allowed to gather all the ideas you like from these plans without any worry or fear of copyright infringement. Steve has realized long before most designers will admit that the web is full of ideas for everyone to gather.
Steve said, "Better to be friendly and open about my designs and gain a friend, then to ask people to look at the ideas, while telling them not to remember or use them - what's up with that?"
