"As a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors I have access to the most current updates available in today’s real estate market. I enjoy assisting my clients with their real estate needs whether their selling or buying a property. I work with an excellent team of specialists in fields such as lending, home inspections and warranty which assures me that my client’s needs and concerns in these areas are always handled professionally. For sellers, I consult with my clients to determine their priorities, needs and expectations. I will develop and implement an effective marketing plan and pricing strategy that my clients are comfortable with. In addition, I recommend steps to prepare my clients home for the market and represent them in negotiations with prospective buyers. For buyers, I complete searches based on their needs and show them the properties of interest. I communicate with my clients in a timely and efficient manner. Most importantly I work to protect my clients interests throughout the real estate process and help coordinate successful closings of all transactions.
