No way in hell, as an opponent, would I feel obliged to shake Hout's (Boise State) hand prior to competing against him, after such an incident! The NCAA now requires teams to shake hands prior to games.

Head Coach Chris Petersen even tried to restrain Byron Hout from trash talking prior to Hout (2x the size of Blount) gets decked by a LeGarrette Blount (Oregon Right Hook to the jaw of Coeur D'Alene, Idaho's Byron Hout).
