Sathyam Cinemas’ new multiplex at Chennai’s largest destination mall – Express Avenue promises a totally new multiplex experience. This new multiplex is set to take the cinema experience we all know from Sathyam Cinemas to the next level.
Announcing this partnership, Sathyam Cinemas and Express Infrastructure (promoter of Express Avenue) exchanged agreement documents in the presence of media today.
With eight screens Sathyam Cinemas at Express Avenue would be the destination point for every movie lover in the city. Express Avenue heralds a new era for shopping, dining, entertainment and leisure in Chennai, a truly world -class shopping experience with the biggest international brands all under one roof. Built over 10 acres in the heart of Chennai, Express Avenue is the first mall in Chennai to combine a shopping centre, office space, boutique hotel and multiplex in the same development, .The multiplex will be operated by Sathyam Cinemas, the leading cinema name in Chennai. Five to six storey tower blocks for the hotel and commercial offices, will anchor either end of the development with the retail component occupying four floors, totaling almost 1 million square feet of retail space, located in the center.
