Sept. 3, 2009 - PRLog -- California-based home appliance manufacturer, NewAir, has formally announced an expansion of its indoor air quality product line.  In addition to their range of efficient portable air conditioners, evaporative coolers, and portable ice makers, NewAir will be releasing a portable room dehumidifier – the AD-250.

The ultra-compact NewAir AD-250 dehumidifier offers many user-friendly features and boasts easy to use operation. This unit can be continuously drained through a hose or drained into an internal water storage tank.

Designed to fit bedrooms, offices, or personal spaces, the NewAir AD-250 offers efficient performance at an affordable price. This room dehumidifier removes 25 pints per day of moisture from the air in temperatures as low as 41 degrees Fahrenheit.  

Other features include automatic shut-off and defrost and a built-in carrying handle for portability.  Company officials plan to offer the unit at under $200, making this dehumidifier a great value.
