TTHA Announces Professional Media Organization Affiliations

Texas Trophy Hunters Assoc announces its approval as a member and participation in the following professional media organizations: Professional Outdoor Media Association; Southeastern Outdoor Press Association; & Texas Outdoor Writers Association.

PROFESSIONAL MEDIA ORGANIZATION AFFILIATIONS


San Antonio, Texas – Texas Trophy Hunters Association (TTHA), known as The Voice of Texas Hunting™, is pleased to announce its approval as a member and participation in the following professional media organizations:

•   Professional Outdoor Media Association (POMA)
•   Southeastern Outdoor Press Association (SEOPA)
•   Texas Outdoor Writers Association (TOWA)

Joe Betar, VP, COO of Texas Trophy Hunters Association states, "TTHA is extremely proud to be a member and supporter of each one of these outdoor media organizations. Through our affiliation with these groups, we intend to work with the finest representation of the outdoor media, stay on the forefront of outdoor-related product technology and communicate to our membership the most current news and information about our industry in a timely manner."

POMA (http://www.professionaloutdoormedia.org/) is a group of individual communicators and Corporate Partners who believe in, defend, support and promote the heritage of hunting, fishing, shooting and traditional outdoor sports through writing, photography and other means. By doing so, members hope to educate the general public about these sports and encourage more participation in them. The organization serves the membership by helping members grow professionally, improve their skills, better their working environments and enhance their businesses.

SEOPA (http://www.seopa.org/) is a nonprofit professional organization serving a membership spanning fourteen southeastern states. Members include magazine and newspaper writers, book authors, photographers, radio and television personalities, lecturers, editors, artists, industry representatives and others in the outdoor communications field.

TOWA’s (http://www.towa.org/) primary purpose is to improve knowledge and skill among its members in the art of communication through the written or spoken word and through art, illustration and photography. This Association also strives to increase public awareness, understanding and appreciation of our outdoor heritage in the use and enjoyment of our natural resources.
