PR Log (Press Release) – Sep 03, 2009 – Silver Spring, MD – Unique Health and Wellness (UHW) has announced the official launch of their newest program Bridal Boot Camp.  The program is designed with the busy bride in mind to lose weight and look fabulous on her wedding day.  A fun, effective fitness and nutrition regime is customized for each client in order to achieve maximum results.  

Our targeted 8-week fitness and nutrition program motivates our clients physically and mentally with creative methods of exercise.  Our workouts are never boring, and results will be seen.  Our achievement is realized when the bride walks down the aisle feeling flawless, beautiful and confident.

Bridal Boot Camp is a series of classes, or sessions, conveniently scheduled to meet the needs of the busy bride-to-be.  We currently serve clients in the Washington, DC metropolitan area; this includes Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, Prince Georges County, Maryland and Montgomery County, Maryland.
