On a worldwide conference call yesterday to an audience of 96 Affiliates, Chris J Snook and Jeremy Brown announced a deal for No Limit Enterprises and No Limit Publishing to be acquired by TLEC. The deal will be finalized October 15 2009.

SAN DIEGO, CA –CEO of The Lifestyle Enhancement Company Chris J. Snook has just announced an acquisition of No Limit Enterprises/No Limit Publishing. No Limit's President Jeremy Brown did a worldside webinar from his office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on Monday August 31 along with Snook, to his existing 96 distributors from all 50 states and New Zealand, to announce the deal that will bring No Limit Enterprises under the umbrella of TLEC and allow for continued growth, expansion, and unleash international distribution of its publishing company and Internet Marketing School. The terms of the deal were undisclosed but TLEC and No Limit have released that the new structure will give TLEC a controlling interest in the Joint Venture to leverage its infrastructure and operational efficiencies for the aggressive growth plans of No Limit Enterprises.
