Prior to joining MÉTIS, Cusumano most recently served as the general manager for award-winning Hotel Hacienda San Antonio el Puente, a five-star boutique resort in Morelos, Mexico.
"With the rich and vibrant success of world-renowned Kafe Warisan, the founders now hope to set the bar even higher for dining experience throughout this region and beyond with their new venture MÉTIS,” Cusumano exclaimed. “I am delighted to join such a talented team and look forward to establishing MÉTIS as a top dining institution worldwide.”
Previously, Cusumano orchestrated overall hospitality and financial operations as the general manager for the Mosquito Hotel & Resort in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and Losari Coffee Plantation Resort and Spa in Jogyakarta, Indonesia. In addition, he held sales and marketing roles at Sobek Bali Utama, Bali Bird Park and Lotus Restaurants, to mention a few. Further, he speaks fluent English, Italian, French, Indonesian, Spanish and German.
