Using the PPO model, American Dental Plan is comprised of a large network of Arizona participating dental offices. American Dental Plan is classified as a voluntary "discount" dental benefit plan. They are Arizona's oldest individual and voluntary dental plan with thousands of members and hundreds of independent participating dentists throughout Arizona, including specialty dentists such as oral surgeons, endodontists, periodontists, prosthodontists and orthodontists.
