Sherry & Bill Perrryman
Sherry & Bill Perryman recently joined the Midtown Chinowth & Cohen Office located at 1441 E. 41st Street in the Old Village shopping center. Sherry brings over 9 years experience in residential real estate. She is a Broker and holds the following designations, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and ePro. She currently serves on the Education Committee for the CRS designation. Previously, she was Secretary of the Women’s Council of Realtors for 3 years.
Bill Perryman will work alongside Sherry. Bill spent 30 plus years in the manufacturing, sales and purchasing of Heat Exchangers. His long term and successful career will bring a wealth of organization, sales ability and professionalism to his Real Estate career. Sherry and Bill primarily work in the Tulsa Metro, Broken Arrow and Sand Springs areas.

the latest additions to the Owasso office located at 9500 N. 129th E Ave in the Waterford Plaza. Odom is a Certified New Homes Sales Professional with 4 years experience in residential real estate. Prior to real estate, Odom worked in construction management.
Len Bodenhamer
Realtor Len Bodenhamer recently joined the Owasso office. Bodenhamer worked over 17 years on the East Coast in the new home construction industry with national and regional builders. He is a Certified Sales Professional. A native Tulsan, Bodenhamer returned to Oklahoma to be near family. He graduated from Central High School and attended the University of Oklahoma. He spent 40 years in the United States Navy. He’s an avid golfer and enjoys bridge and chess.

Pat Kromminga
Veteran Realtor Pat Kromminga recently joined the South off ice of Chinowth & Cohen Realtors located at 9110 S. Sheridan Road. Komminga is a multi-million dollar producer and has received numerous top agent rewards throughout her career. She has 15 years experience in residential real estate. Kromminga spends her spare time running, biking, swimming and practicing amateur photography.
