The Introduction of personalised Workspaces for sage 200 users and a Workspace Designer, allows users to customise work screens from different modules or amend the ten standard 'out of the box' workspaces included as part of the lastest version of Sage 200.
Pythagoras has further developed two Sage 200 workspaces within the system to further enhance their effectiveness. These updated and improved workspaces are the Outstanding Works Order workspace and the Stock profitability workspace.
The Works Orders workspace provides a visual aid for shop floor planning that gives an at a glance assessment of the status of a works order for a particular customer.
The Stock Profitability workspace gives all information on a single screen which would have previously required 3 - 4 windows being open and even then it was difficult to relate all the information. Now it is possible to drill down for all the information in one place.
Workspaces in Sage 200 have been designed to give the user business critical information 'at a glance' on their desktop. Their design makes it quicker and easier to access related information. The designer tool enables advanced users to configure user defined workspaces to meet the customer's requirements, allowing each individual user to have a customised workspace to meet their individual requirements.
