Small Town Motorcycle Shop, Clinton County Motorsports, Wins National Award For Customer Service

Clinton County Motorsports, a favorite of Ohio motorcycle enthusiasts, is gaining National Recognition by winning the “Pro Yamaha” award for customer satisfaction and dealer excellence.  This award is presented by Yamaha corporate executives and is given to only a handful of dealers in the country.  In fact, Clinton County Motorsports, or CCM, will be the only dealer in Ohio to receive this coveted award.
“Our Motto is, ‘Let Us Earn Your Business’, and we live and die by those words,” says CCM co-owner Jason Adkins.  “It is nice to be recognized by the corporate ‘Big-Wigs’, but what I really care about is our customers and whether they are happy with their experience at CCM.”  
CCM is not new to this type of recognition; for the past 5 years, they have scored in the top 5% of dealers nationwide for Customer Satisfaction.  “We see our customers as family, and we treat them as such,” says CCM co-owner Dave Copsey.  “Happy customers are the heart and soul of this place and we want to keep it that way,” says Copsey.      
CCM has been rapidly growing since they opened their doors in 2002.   Starting out as a single-line Yamaha dealer, they have expanded their lineup by adding Kawasaki and KTM in 2005.  They will be celebrating this award with a free cookout on Saturday, September 19th at noon.  Corporate executives from Yamaha will be on hand as well, with a Pro Yamaha Award Presentation at 1:00PM.  They invite the entire community to come and enjoy free food, music and motorcycle contests that are sure to entertain.
