"This new method of subtraction would be my gift to the student community on this Teacher's day. What else a teacher can gift a learner other than education?" Subhendu asks.
When asked about the details of his new method of subtraction, Subhendu says, "Please wait till the Teacher's day. I will prefer to disclose it to the students first." He adds, "But I can tell you that this method of subtraction is based on Vedic Mathematics."
So, is it something already available in Vedic Maths books? Subhendu says, "Not really. At least I have not seen or read this method of subtraction anywhere." So, is it a discovery? "I can't confirm it right now. Let's see."
How did he get to know this method? "I don't know. I was writing a lesson for subtraction and suddenly I just started doing it in this method. I don't know from where it came in mind. I felt like someone invisible was just instructing me to do it that way. After solving a subtraction using that new method, I just got surprised about how did I get this method?"
Is it easier than normal subtraction method? "Definitely,"
Sounds great! If you want to learn about this new (Subhendu's?)
