This watch is really impressive not only just because the movement (6R20 with 29 jewels and 28,800 vibrations per hour i.e., vph) but also the form factor of this watch. It is a great astonishment and consternation to look at and hold. It is seems that Seiko has put in a lot of effort in the design of this watch. The day and date sub-dials add another layer of sophistication to the classy watch. The power-reserve sub-dial looks neat as well. Some people say it’s a little big, but I think it looks really great and fits the form of the watch very nicely.
This watch belongs to the collection of Seiko watches with the newest Seiko automatic movement 6R20. The movement is exquisitely finished with an engraved rotor, polished edges to the bridges and hairline shading on the main surfaces. The watch design speaks of classical architecture, with the sculpted edges to the bracelet links and the column motif on the side of the case, expressing the strength, integrity and durability of Premier.
