SomethingGAMING Partners, LLC, a Las Vegas-based partnership marketing firm, has announced that their "Tell 2 Friends" Las Vegas Tourism Campaign will go live on the social media plaforms (Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube) on September 05, 2009. The campaign will run through December 31, 2009, and will include extensive information about the Las Vegas-based The Shade Tree/Noah's Animal House Domestic Violence Shelter (www.TheShadeTree.org)

The first objective of the 4-month viral campaign is to increase Las Vegas tourism by encouraging Las Vegas local residents to "tell 2 friends" (non-local) about their hometown. In turn, their friends will tell 2 friends what they love about Las Vegas, and so on, and so on, and so on... think Fabergé Organic Shampoo Commercial (1978):

Las Vegas residents will also be invited to send their favorite Las Vegas area locations to the "Tell 2 Friends" Twitter and Blog sites. The selected locations will be credited, photographed and filmed via the new iPhone 3GS, and uploaded to the social media platforms. An integral member of the film "crew" will be Gator, the Eukanuba Pup, who will serve as a very social and eager location scout (picture attached).
The second objective of the campaign is to raise awareness of The Shade Tree/Noah's Animal House (www.TheShadeTree.org)
