The 77 new residences that have sold were Studios, one and two bedroom plans in the newly completed Lofts Residences.
The marketing campaign of four weeks enabled potential homebuyers to view the individual homes, prequalify for the purchase and pre-register for the sale event of August 29, 2009. “Buyers who desire to buy at Fair Market Value achieved this goal by the Seller presenting all the homes for sale on the single event day. The Buyers were able to purchase at values that could never be offered had the Seller gone with a conventional sales program,” said Ken Stevens, CEO of Sold2U. The majority of the 550 pre-qualified buyers showed up. Traffic was backed up for a few blocks and we had to turn the afternoon crowd away.
