Pete focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. He has experience representing corporate clients in such areas as buying and selling businesses, choice of entity and formation, general corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, employment agreements, financing and refinancing, secured loan transactions and succession planning.
Pete received his undergraduate degree from Boston College and is a graduate of Suffolk University School of Law, where he received his J.D.
