Kushnir practices in the areas of general corporate and business representation, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing and intellectual property. He acts as legal and outside general counsel to corporate clients in a variety of industries including software, technology, food service and hospitality, manufacturing and others.
Kushnir received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, where he received his J.D.
