Asoian practices in the areas of trusts and estates, business succession planning and corporate governance. Asoian works with individuals and business owners formulating estate plans which minimize estate taxes and administrative expenses while meeting the client’s personal needs and the objectives of the family. He advises business owners regarding the orderly continuation and disposition of the businesses, and serves as counsel to banks and trust companies that are serving as trustees.
Asoian received his undergraduate degree from The Monmouth College and is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where he received his J.D.
