Aug 31, 2009 – Imperial resident Stephan L. Hauck, age 33, was booked in St Louis County May 31st for assaulting his 75 year old step-mother in her home the evening of May 30th. She was treated at a local hospital for minor cuts on her arm and bruises on her chest. Mr. Hauck's 2 minor children and wife were present during the attack. The St Louis County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has decided to press charges against Mr. Hauck. Mr. Hauck faces domestic assault in the third degree which is a Class A Misdemeanor. His first court hearing is scheduled for September 30, 2009.
