Boxers & Ballerinas Will Offer Best of Michael Jackson Dance Series for Kids

Los Angeles, CA - Boxers & Ballerinas, Inc. (www.BoxersAndBallerinas.tv), has announced the launch of their “Best of Michael Jackson” hip hop dance series that will take place during the Fall Session from September 14, 2009 -- November 24, 2009 at their Studio City, California location.  

The 11 week series, taught by professional dancer and choreographer Rodolfo Diaz-Utra and Boxers & Ballerinas Founder Rebekah Iliff, will give kids a chance to learn popular Michael Jackson moves to favorite jams including “Thriller,” “Black or White,” and “Smooth Criminal.”  Additionally, students will have the opportunity to take part in special workshops with dancers from Michael Jackson’s final world tour.

“We are excited to be celebrating Michael Jackson through teaching kids his signature moves while dancing to some of his most legendary songs,” remarked Iliff.  “I know that this will be a positive experience, and we look forward to giving our students the opportunity to learn about the importance of exercise in a fun, timely, and innovative way.”

The “Best of Michael Jackson” series will be offered exclusively at the Boxers & Ballerinas studio for ages 6-13. The cost of the 11 week session is $185, and registration begins September 1, 2009.  Space is limited to 8 students per class.
