Alcohol Damping Roller supplies alcohol for printing objects in the Offset Printing Machine. It is having the mixture of alcohol and water in it, the percentage of alcohol and water varies for machine to machine and depends on the object to be printed. The alcohol roller is used naked or without cover. If the roller has converted from water to alcohol then the diameter should be increased by 4mm. If it is Alcohol Damping based printing machine, the roller of the machine should be alcohol friendly and the hardness should be maintained in between 20 shore A to 22 shore A.
UV Ink Rollers
UV ink rollers are meant for exclusive printing objects, in which hybrid UV Ink can be used for better results. The hardness of the roller should be in between 30 shore A to 35 shore A which is suitable for all common UV Inks.
