Acne is a nuisance that begins with puberty and clings on like glue for some people into their middle-age years. The funny part about acne is that it can form anywhere there is skin present. Acne not only is a condition of just the face but can extend itself to other surfaces of the body like the chest, breasts, back, stomach and buttocks. For these hard to reach areas, keeping breakouts at bay includes a good acne body treatment.

For the back and buttocks area, the skin surface is a bit thicker; therefore, a topical scrub would be beneficial in removing dirt and debris from the outer skin layer. Natural ingredients can be used in the form of a topical scrub include apricot kernels, sugar, or micro-fine pumice stone. The chest area has a thin layer of skin so great care has to be taken with scrubbing as the skin can become bruised and can show age easily. A nice nonabrasive body scrub with should be used in these areas.

I find that a nice acne spray for the body works wonders as an acne body treatment. A mist of acne treatment can include benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid with soothing tea tree oil or camphor to make the skin feel invigorated.

For moisturizing, I personally use vitamin E oil. I don't understand why, but it does not clog the pores when used after scrubbing, using a toner and applying medicated spritz to the body. A lotion-based cocoa butter also works well for the skin to drive away dryness but never use the cream based lotions or petroleum based lotions, they will only clog the pores and cause more pimply breakouts.

The best way to drive away acne from the body is to use a good acne body treatment. Natural products are the best and can be applied on a daily basis without drying out the skin and causing cyclic breakouts. A daily skin regimen is the best way to win the battle with acne.
