Acne is a nuisance that begins with puberty and clings on like glue for some people into their middle-age years. The funny part about acne is that it can form anywhere there is skin present. A lotion-based cocoa butter also works well for the skin to drive away dryness but never use the cream based lotions or petroleum based lotions, they will only clog the pores and cause more pimply breakouts.
