We are specialized in making all kinds of plastic injection moulds,rubber moulds,die casting moulds,two-shot moulds,as well as plastic injection moulding,rubber moulding,die castings,CNC machining.
Our injection molding department consists of 8 injection molding machines ranging from 30 to 210 Tons clamping force, with shot sizes from 28 grams (1 oz) up to 760 grams (27 oz). All our machines are CNC controlled with feedback loop for precise control of the molding process and optimal efficiency in set-up, quality monitoring and process control. We use only desiccant dryers with dew point indicators for the best process moisture control. We closely monitor the mold temperature by using die heaters for all our injection molding machines.
