Rochester attorney Robert L. Voltz has 18 years of experience handling personal injury, workers compensation, social security disability benefits and wrongful death cases.
“I became a lawyer to help people who need it most,” said Voltz. “My father was an attorney, and his father was before him…When I asked him what he did as a lawyer, he told me that he helped people who needed it. That was when I realized that I wanted to help people too.”
The Rochester attorney began his legal career representing plaintiffs in Workers Compensation cases and Social Security Disability Benefits claims as well as construction injuries, motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice and products liability cases. He has represented hundreds of members of the Auto Workers, Steel Workers, Electrical Workers, Communication Workers, Plumbers and Steamfitters, and other unions for injuries suffered in both work and non-work related activities.
