PR Log (Press Release) –
Aug 27, 2009 – BenQ USA recently launched their fun-loving Joybee GP1 Mini LED Projector – the world’s first such projector with integrated USB video reader – with a media-frenzy product review followed by a YouTube/Photo story-sharing contest aimed at simultaneously spreading awareness of the new projector and at ambitiously lifting America’s economic gloom…if only a bit. The Joybee online story-sharing contest invites consumers to post on the Joybee microsite their ideas for having big-time fun on a modest budget. The challenge is to have the most creative idea for entertainment while requiring the least monetary investment. Prizes include Joybee GP1 projectors, cash, gift cards, and more. The story submission phase will end on September 26th, 2009.
To enter BenQ’s Joybee “Spend Less. Get More. Enjoyment Matters!” online contest, consumers can register
http://promotions.benq.us/GP1/contest.htm to get started. Entries can be either a photo with short story or a video (maximum 3 minutes). A panel of judges will critique entries based on 1) how it brings enjoyment and quality to life 2) how economically frugal the activity is and 3) how original the activity/idea is. Finalist will be selected from all entries and be posted on the Joybee microsite for further judging by online viewers. Inclusion of the Joybee into the proposed activity is not required. BenQ will also be hosting an “Enjoyment Matters” Sweepstakes open to all who register on the Joybee microsite.
