Chakra Balancing
Reiki Master/Teachers, and crystal healing practitioners, Kristin Reed, RMT and Barbara Tierney, RMT are happy to announce that a Crystal Healing Workshop will be held on September 5, 2009 in Park Slope Brooklyn, from 10am to 4pm.
This one-day workshop is designed for the beginner with an interest in healing with crystals. The workshop leaders, Barbara Tierney and Kristin Reed are both Reiki Masters trained by the International Center for Reiki Training, Karuna Reiki Masters and are trained Crystal Healing Practitioners by Infinite Light Healing Studies Center in Sedona, AZ.
In Part I of this 2 part series of workshops you will learn simple techniques to help in your
understanding and practice of working with crystals for healing. Material covered:
• An explanation of how crystals lend themselves to be healing helpers and some basic theory on crystal healing work.
• Understanding the basic chakra system and how crystals can work to balance it
• How to meditate with crystals to clear and strengthen the aura.
• How to clear crystals and charge them with healing intention.
• Using a crystal pendulum.
• How to select crystals and make a basic chakra balancing crystal kit.
• Learn a basic chakra balancing crystal layout using the crystals in your kit.
Your investment: $100. A crystal chakra balancing kit will be available for your use in the class and can be purchased. A light lunch will be served and a manual, written and designed by the instructors, Kristin Reed and Barbara Tierney covering class material for later reference.

Part II of this 2 part series will cover more in depth materials including Crystal Grid work, elixers, how to work with crystal layouts in an actual healing session, reprogramming layouts and much more.
