Aug 27, 2009 – 10 Ways Your Face Can Look 10 Years Younger – Dr. Paul Steinwald
1. Using light-colored eye shadows will open your eyes without highlighting wrinkles.
2. To keep skin looking clear, hydrated, and healthy drink plenty of water. It is still the best most natural way to do it.
3. To give your skin a young glow, try gently exfoliating regularly. Be sure to avoid harsh exfoliators that might irritate your skin.
4. Get at least seven hours of sleep every night. Less can give your face a fatigued look in the morning, and can gradually affect metabolism and hormone production.
5. Wear light lipsticks and glosses. Dark lipstick can draw attention to the lines around your mouth.
6. Increase blood circulation with a 10-minute walk every morning. It's a great way to bring a youthful flushed look to cheeks.
7. Wearing sunglasses will minimize squinting that contributes to crow's feet and lines on your forehead.
8. Avoid direct sunlight. UV Rays wrinkle and damage skin. Use sunblock when you are outside, even on cloudy days.
9. Feeling fatigued? Wear a white shirt. Light colored clothing areflects and brightens up your face.
10. Avoid sugar. Sugary foods will not only make you gain weight, but also age your skin.
