5 Process in 1 Pipe Bender
The new SOCO ATM-19, 5 axis CNC Tube and Wire manufacturing line can combine different working processes for a complete Production Cell. The processes include:
1. Uncoiling
2. Straightening
3. Pipe Bending / Wire Bending
4. End Forming
5. Cutting
This Production Cell can work with tubes up to O.D.19mm in copper and O.D.8mm in wire; Min. O.D. capacity is 4mm both tube and wire.

- Reading AUTOCAD files (with Auto LISP)
- Remote monitoring system of bending production
This Production Cell is especially designed for the production of small and medium diameter tubing and wire, and is widely used in industries such as Automotive Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration Systems and Home Air-Conditioning.
