Mr. Turnbull is married to his wife Adele Brockmeyer Turnbull. Mrs. Turnbull is also an attorney. Together they have 2 children, ages 6 & 4. Mr. Turnbull is actively involved in his children's school as well as his community. He served as President of the St. Paul's School Alumni Association and is a past member of the St. Paul's Board of Trustees. He also coaches Pee Wee Lacrosse for the Cockeysville Recreation
Council. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, crabbing & spending time with his family. Mr. Turnbull is a native of the Baltimore area. His legal roots in Baltimore County and Maryland politics stretch back to be before the days of the Civil War.
