myStaffingPro Applicant Tracking System
HR Services has launched Open Platform, a partner community site that will allow hiring-related systems to easily plug in to the myStaffingPro applicant tracking and recruiting system. The open platform provides a vast array of tools and resources for companies who wish to extend the functionality of myStaffingPro.
Jennifer Brogee, chief information officer of myStaffingPro, described the Open Platform as “a complete hiring technology cloud for our customers. Assessment companies, sourcing tools, HRIS systems and more can use the platform to provide end to end solutions for any organization.”
With Open Platform, integration partners will benefit from technical specifications that outline how to integrate with myStaffingPro, 24/7 access to review data transfer information and the ability to request a beta test account. Any organization can use the site to search for tools that plug into myStaffingPro’
TalentDrive, a job sourcing and resume searching tool, used Open Platform to integrate with myStaffingPro. Terry Shade, chief operating officer of TalentDrive, commented: "We are excited about the results our clients have experienced as a result of integrating our TalentFilter technology with myStaffingPro, which allows us to seamlessly integrate our resume sourcing and matching technology with myStaffingPro's applicant tracking."
