FourWaysIT has sold its entire operation to Syncrony in a deal that will materialise in a substantial increase in market share for Syncrony, within the SA corporate web design market.
Dr Howard Rybko, CEO at Syncrony, declined to discuss the exact details of the deal, but said the development will result in significant value to all parties.
“This takeover will increase our web design customer base and we are confident that our content management skills will provide the existing FourWaysIT base with an enhanced service. We will push our expertise in online marketing into the new base and expect a rapid transfer of benefits,“ he said.
