Young beautiful women were asked to send in their photographs, to be entered into to the prestigious Online Miss Virtual Yakutia beauty contest. Contest organizers were quick to place Angela Adamova’s photograph online, when she emailed her entry.
Viewers were asked to register their vote, after browsing across the sexy-looking girls’ photos. As the contest came to its completion, Angela had collected 369 points. This placed her as one of the top 10 finalists. “I’m just trying to make every step in life brighter and more remarkable for myself and for people who surround me,” Angela had written in her profile. “Give me your vote and I won't disappoint you"!
Rumours began to circulate that the 25 year-old Angela Adamova, was in fact a man named Oleg Goncharov, who had a very unusual sense of humour. ‘Angela Adamova’ was quickly disqualified from the contest.
There are however, equally bizarre beauty contests around the world. ‘The Festival In the Pit’ (armpit beauty contest) at Battle Mountain, Atom Beauty Queen, Russian, (nuclear industry workers); Nevada; Miss Drumstick Pageant, Arkansas, for ladies with lovely legs who are asked to hide their faces behind turkey masks. Then there contests such as the Miss Beautiful Bottom; Miss Prison at the Selo Gornoye prison in Russia; Miss Strip-Tease;
Then of course you always have the stunning beauty of the International Transvestite (billy boy) Beauty Pageant, which attracts entrants from all around the world.
It means, that gentlemen need to be very careful before they decide to hit on a strange woman in a bar. Make sure they are actually a woman.
