See Summer off in Style at Waterville Valley Resort

PR Log (Press Release) – Aug 22, 2009 – Waterville Valley, NH- Waterville Valley Resort is staging an End of Summer Bash & Fireworks for families on Sunday, September 6 from noon to 9 p.m. The day includes free outdoor concerts, kid’s games and the annual charity Duck Race on Snow’s Brook. The owners of the fastest three ducks win a prize and all proceeds go to a local charity. The day ends with fireworks.

Special travel packages for the Endless Summer include stays for Saturday and Sunday nights, plus a racing duck for each person at check-in. Also included are all Summer Unlimited Activities starting at $46 per person per night based on quad-occupancy. Visitors should ask for the “add a night” special when making reservations.

The Waterville Valley Summer Unlimited package includes boating, mountain biking, tennis, golf, access to the White Mountain Athletic Club, use of the Waterville Valley shuttle, a scenic chair lift ride up Snow’s Mountain, and access to the Waterville Valley Recreation’s open gym program. In addition, families staying for at least three nights can send their children between the ages of six to 12 to one day of Kids Camp. An all-inclusive price for activities provides guests an opportunity to save at least 50 percent on their family vacation through this package. It is also valid at the many summer activities at the Rey Center’s Curious George Cottage, and productions of the North Country Center for the Arts Children’s Theatre.
