Lancaster Cebu clients may now lease fully furnished or unfurnished Studio and Two Bedroom suites for a minimum of three months to one year [renewable] at competitive rental rates. Fully furnished Studio Condo units are available from Pesos: 22,600.00/month whilst fully furnished Two Bedroom Condo units are available from Pesos: 33,900.00/month. Tenants are responsible for payment of monthly Condominium dues and for consumed utilities, electricity and water billings. Cable TV, Internet and PABX Telephone services are also available. Security deposits and advance rental payments are required depending upon the length of lease.
