Ask Me My Story, Inc. exists to equip and encourage them to share their story and that of the gospel of Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through their online resources and interactive forum. One tool that is unique is their t-shirt that simply states ‘ask me my story’ and provides a non-threatening way to share your story and open up spiritual conversations with others.
This non-profit newcomer doesn’t like the connotation of a Christian organization. “The definition of a Christian has been severely skewed in today’s culture and is used by many as a means of describing someone who lives in a certain part of the country or votes a certain way,” said Tom McNeal, President/Founder of Ask Me My Story, Inc. “Given this, our organization is best described as a devoted follower of Jesus Christ.”
In addition, 100% of net profits go to support spiritual and physical mission efforts throughout the world. “My wife and I take no salaries from this ministry and we minimize operating costs so that we can benefit others more.” Profits come in through sales of t-shirts and donations through the website.
“God laid this vision on me in April ’08 and the last 16 months has been a great adventure of faith and learning. We are excited to see what God has in store for this ministry and those who are obedient to share their story”, said McNeal.
