Edgar Zurawell, of Sherwood Park, Alberta Canada, has won the title of 2009 North American Catan Champion. Facing stiff competion from finalists from varied parts of North America, Edgar won out and will represent North America as a whole in the First World Wide Catan Championship (WWCC). The tournament shall be conducted within the walls of the spectacular medieval Wildenstein Castle! in Germany, September 2010.
