Go2mobile’s new Software-As-
A-Service (SAAS) has being developed to contribute and enhance the next wave of SMS functionality. It builds on the platform of greater seamless interactivity within a multi-media rich environment. SMS is part of everyday life, so much so that its operation is almost invisible within the background. Within this familiarity has grown more demands for functionality. The Grouptext+ service has being developed with this greater requirement in mind. The service allows maximum flexibility, for example in our research we found that companies such as marketing agencies wish to send detailed clear text unique messages to subscribers that are unhindered from the traditional 160 SMS limit.
With Grouptext+:
1) The user can send a message that is greater than 160 characters- removing limitations on generic web based systems.
2) The message itself can be personalised to add a degree of uniqueness to each SMS- this may be in the form of a name or a numeric value such as a credit limit.
3) The message can be scheduled in advance, so the user can write her message and whom she would like to send it to and a record a date she will like the transmission to be broadcast.
4) The user can record mobiles who wish to not be contacted any further- this blocking administration system is available through the online service.
5) Real time tracking of messages allows the user to identify who has had the messages delivered to their phone.
6) Anytime, anywhere access to the user account.
7) Sending coverage in over 200 countries.
With Grouptext+, Go2mobile has built upon its vast commercial experience in SMS technology within this suite, the 6th new addition in Go2mobile’s Group sending system product range. All the services are web based, accessed from an online portal, and thus are browser and operating system independent.
