IBM confers this status to companies and ISVs that pass several ‘capacity and quality’ criteria specified in their membership charters. Qualifying criteria include factors such as level of skills, revenue, infrastructure, achieved level of customer satisfaction, etc. It is a matter of great pride for all of us at Stigasoft to have earned it.
