The new Compilation Album ~ "Caravan Of Emotions" went Live @CDBABY.COM.
Brian Vassallo MUSIC present; Caravan Of Emotions - The Film Music Album " .
' Flashing back two years, i got involved with these songs starting working on my first track with the - soprano artist, 'Amethyste', inviting her to work with her ethereal voice on a specially composed track by me " From Tears to Paradise ". And when she heard - what I was doing ,she really liked it. Luckily it all worked out. I came out with more single tracks between 2008 to present day with ("The Arrival ", " Enigma", "AMOR").
I am very glad to have had the pleasure to work with other artists in my career..I remember Ehron Von Allen - inviting me to select one of his songs and to come up with my own version. The song was titled " Enigma ", and it came out so mysterious!
I did write more themes later on when Film -makers ' Ramon and Alexis Mizzi ' sent over some music and told me to make it "like this" or "like that" for their new film ,but after listening to the material, I said "let me try a different approach -and let's see how it feels with the scenes". The result was pretty emotional!
I have used primarily synthesizers to perform my music. I spend perhaps a couple of months on each song, but what makes this hard work but ultimatley rewarding, is that i seek precision and the process of the song can change, sometimes completely, until i am finally satisfied. I tend not to rush with my compositions, but to let the following day bring to me new ideas and inspirations.
Today i bring forth all the single tracks together, as they deserve. Music that i have composed and produced in a soundtrack fashion.
What have been my influences?. In the past few years I would have to say the guys like - Jablonsky, Rabin , just to name a few, and then more guys like Badalamenti scores, James Horner. Jan Hammer , Zimmer and Mark Snow where my earlier influences -I was like "Wow - I like their stuff." '
