The Critter Cubs
Author George Lamore has created a new and wonderful world for children ages 3-7 in his first book The Critter Cubs Big Adventure. The 48 page color book introduces young readers to The Critter Cubs who live at Critter Haven wildlife rescue center. Each Critter Cub has a special reason for living at Critter Haven and not being able to go back to the wild, but that doesn't stop them from helping other wild animals in need. When a baby mountain lion is brought into the rescue center and mistaken as an orphan the Critter Cubs leap into action to help her get back to her mother in the wild. Adventure ensues as the Critter Cubs do something they have never done.... leave Critter Haven.
In addition to being a wonderful read, the book is the author's personal vehicle for helping wildlife in the real world by donating a percentage of royalties to wildlife rescue organizations. For this book and future Critter Cub books the author's mission is to deliver fun stories that involve the characters having fun, learning, and helping animals. With each story and adventure in The Critter Cubs world young readers will have a chance to laugh, learn, and see their new favorite characters embark on further adventures and increase their own appreciation of animals in the real world and know that they are helping too.
