On the truffle weekends, participants will not only get the chance to join a professional truffle hunter and his dogs on their daily truffle hunt in the beautiful forests of Umbria but will also learn to prepare truffle dishes at a rustic cooking lesson. The truffle hunt is also followed by a delicious truffle lunch consisting of truffle dishes and other locally-sourced food and wine. The truffle hunting weekends run from Friday to Sunday so are perfect for a weekend away or as part of a longer gourmet tour in Italy.
