Coheso, Inc. has opened the new website (www.MyHealthCircle.com) to act as a social networking portal with health support groups designed for people with chronic health concerns to gather and communicate with others who share their joys and pains.  The site has a focus on those in the diabetes community, offering diabetes support groups and extensive data on treatment options.  Along with the data on diabetes; the free site posts relevant information and news content pertaining to various health conditions like hypertension and heart disease.
