GSI is taking an active stance to help its members and the Spokane community to better understand the current proposed federal healthcare reform legislation. This is an extremely vital and pressing issue for the Spokane community with 25% of Spokane's GDP based in the health industry. As a result, those who attend this forum will learn how this legislation will impact the healthcare industry, patient care, those uninsured and insured, employers, and the Spokane region.
